Tuesday 1st October – Cheese and Wine Night
Head down to the common room for a laid-back Cheese and Wine Night! Wednesday 2nd October – Board Games
Calling all game enthusiasts! Our Board Games Night is the ideal way to relax and have fun with new friends. From classics like Monopoly and Scrabble, trivia games and more, there’s something for everyone. Join us for an evening of friendly competition, laughs, and some serious brainpower in KP common room.
Thursday 3rd October – “Pub” Quiz
Put your knowledge to the test at our Pub Quiz night in the common room! Whether you’re a trivia master or just in it for the fun, this is a night full of laughter, friendly competition, and maybe even a little learning. Grab your team, get ready to answer questions on everything from history to your warden team, and see if you can claim the winner’s title!
Friday 4th October – Welcome Party
Get ready for the Welcome Party, hosted together with our neighbors at Woodward, at QUEENS! This is your chance to kick off the year with a bang and meet students from both halls. We’ve got an exciting lineup of activities including ice skating, bowling, and a photo booth to capture those unforgettable moments. Whether you’re hitting the rink, showing off your bowling skills, or just mingling with new friends, this night promises plenty of fun and great memories. Saturday 5th October – BBQ
Come join us for a fantastic BBQ where the food, drinks, and fun are all free in the KP courtyard! Enjoy sizzling hot grills, refreshing drinks, and good vibes while chilling out to great music. Sunday 6th October – Meet Your Kitchen
Finish off the week by getting to know your flatmates and neighbors. This is the perfect opportunity to connect with the people on your floor over some free snacks and good conversation. Plus, if you want to have a voice in hall matters, you can even sign up to become a Kitchen Rep and represent your flat in important decisions.
